Illastrative collaborates with creatives, influencers, brands, event organizers, and partners who align with our vision of producing premium content and meaningful experiences. To ensure fairness, reliability, and professionalism, all collaborations follow the guidelines below.
📅 Date Reservation Policy
To reserve a collaboration date on the Illastrative calendar:
- A $150 refundable collaboration deposit is required
- Deposit is refundable minus travel fees (unless otherwise agreed)
- Deposit must be paid at least 7 days before the requested date
- Dates are not confirmed until deposit is received
This ensures serious commitments and protects production time blocks.
💵 Deposit Refund Conditions
Your collaboration deposit is refundable only if:
- You honor the scheduled date, or
- You reschedule within approved policy terms (see below)
Refund eligibility depends on timing and compliance with the collaboration agreement.
❌ Cancellation Policy
If you cancel:
- More than 7 days from the scheduled date
- → Deposit is refundable
- 3-7 days from the scheduled date
- → 50% of Deposit is non-refundable
- Less than 3 days from the scheduled date
- → Deposit becomes non-refundable
- Indefinite reschedules (no new confirmed date given within 3-5 days of reschedule request)
- → Treated as a cancellation
- → Deposit becomes non-refundable
This policy protects production scheduling and opportunity cost.
Rescheduling Policy
Illastrative allows one reschedule per collaboration deposit under the following conditions:
Approved Reschedule Terms:
Must be rescheduled within 30 days of original date
50% of deposit becomes non-refundable
- Travel fee becomes non-refundable
- No new deposit needs to be paid
Additional Reschedules:
Only one reschedule is permitted per deposit
A second reschedule requires a new $150 deposit
This prevents repeated date blocking without commitment.
🚫 Policy Violations & Collaboration Status
Failure to honor collaboration terms may result in:
- Removal from Illastrative collaboration opportunities
- Blacklisting from the collaborative space
- Future bookings requiring full market-rate pricing as hired work.
- Loss of discounted or partnership privileges
This ensures fairness to partners who respect professional standards.
