FAQ
How do I book your services?
Reach out through any preferred means (IG, text, call, email or contact form), where we will discuss your the details of your needs and vision. Once we have settle on the details and availability, a contract will be sent over for your review via email. Upon signing and payment of the deposit, the service would be considered booked.
When should I book?
As early as possible, at least 2 weeks in advance. We like to plan every month in advance, and to lock in the best time, letting us know a month prayer works great and allows time to prepare for the booking accordingly.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I’m based in Texas and available for travel both within the state and beyond. Travel fees vary depending on distance and scheduling, and are discussed during booking.
How long does it take to receive my photos or video?
For events and portrait session, I provide a sneak peak within 48hrs of the shoot or event and usually takes between 7-10 days minimum. No more than 21 days. All delivery is highlighted within your contract and package. Video timelines may vary
Can sessions or rentals be rescheduled?
Yes — rescheduling is allowed depending on availability. Retainers are non-refundable but transferable to another date if communicated within the reschedule window, and depending on the availability.
What is the difference between Illastrative Studios, Media, and Events?
Illastrative Studios focuses on photography and videography — capturing life’s moments and stories.
Illastrative Events provides luxury photo booth and backdrop rentals designed to enhance the atmosphere and guest experience at your event. Both work hand-in-hand to elevate your memories.
Illastrative Media primarily focuses on videography and production work, whether it is a podcast or a short film, or video highlights/recaps.
